Mr. Strauss is a registered patent agent with the United States Patent & Trademark Office who focuses on preparing and prosecuting both domestic and foreign patent applications for a variety of software, network, and wireless technologies. In addition to being a registered patent agent, he is also a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the United State Patent and Trademark Office. In 2008, Mr. Strauss graduated cum laude from Rutgers University School of Law–Camden where he primarily focused on intellectual property law.

Prior to Law School, Mr. Strauss graduated cum laude from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida, with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Strauss enjoyed a variety of practical engineering experiences ranging from computer and network architecture, systems design, wireless communications, computer programming in assembly and object oriented languages, and web application development.

While studying for his bachelor’s degree at FIT, Mr. Strauss competed as a varsity rower, and also continued to pursue elite rowing in Philadelphia while in law school, including representing the United States in the 2009 Maccabi Games in Israel.
