As a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent & Trademark Office, Kyle has prepared and prosecuted both domestic and foreign patent applications for a variety of software, network, wireless, semiconductor, electrical, medical, and electro-mechanical devices. A former president of the MIT Enterprise Forum of the Northwest and popular educational presenter on Software Entrepreneurship, Kyle enjoys counseling entrepreneurial clients on intellectual property portfolio strategies that include a select focused combination of patent, trademark, and copyright registrations. He represents individuals, small, mid-sized, and large multinational companies and carefully customizes his recommendations accordingly.
