Yan (Regina) Song, International Patent Specialist, Attorney at Law

Regina Song, a young attorney, explores her enjoyment of the IP world at AEON Law after beginning her IP journey during law school. In 2015, Regina assisted Professor Randall R. Rader (former Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit) with the draft of the Teachers’ Manual of his co-authored Cases and Materials on Patent Law (4th Edition). In 2016, Regina and her teammates—the only team from mainland China—were invited to the University of Oxford to participate in the oral proceedings of the international IP Moot Court. Regina focuses her interest on trademark, copyright, and IP litigation. In her spare time, Regina likes to sing and play the piano. She has released two original music works that are available here.
