Adam Philipp, the founder of AEON Law, is represented for the third straight year in the IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists. Published annually by Law Business Research, the IAM Strategy 300 aims to identify the pioneers in the intellectual property industry.
The list comprises leaders from a variety of fields, including service providers, corporations, research institutions and universities. Adam is listed in the Legal, Licensing, and Technology Transfer categories.
At least three independent nominations are required to qualify for consideration to the IAM Strategy 300. From there, IAM uses qualitative research, including interviews and written submissions, to finalize its selections. More information about the methodology is available here.
In addition to this honor, Adam was previously selected to IAM’s Strategy 300 Global Leaders 2025, a list of the top IP leaders from across in-house, private practice and service provider roles.
IAM also honored Adam and AEON Law this year in its annual Patent 1000 rankings. In his third straight year appearing in the Patent 1000, Adam received a ”Bronze” rating for patent prosecution in AEON’s home market of Washington. The firm also received a “Bronze” recognition for the second straight year.
Adam advises clients on everything from intellectual property creation and enforcement to tools for business growth in technologies including computer science, electrical devices, consumer products, artificial intelligence, blockchain, cryptography, and cybersecurity.
