Adam Philipp, the founder of AEON Law, has been recognized among the leading practitioners of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and fintech law by the National Law Journal.
Philipp was one of just 24 lawyers nationwide to be profiled as leaders in this burgeoning field. Philipp was selected for his unique mix of both technological and legal experience. An early computer programmer, he was an early member of the pioneering Cypherphunks community during his law school years in the early 90s. In his legal practice, he advises privacy, security and anonymity companies with intellectual property and privacy issues.
“Clients appreciate someone who understands not only the most recent buzzwords, but also the context of the new technologies,” Philipp is quoted in his National Law Journal profile.
The National Law Journal’s Trailblazers series spotlights legal practitioners who are “agents of change” in their respective practice areas. Philipp has been previously recognized among the IAM Strategy 300, “individuals who are leading the way in the development and implementation of strategies that maximise the value of IP portfolios,” among others.
