This lightly structured session, facilitated by AEON Law trademark practitioners, draws on the brainpower of your team and ours. Together, we move from raw ideas to vetted opinions with focus and momentum.

Hour One: Generate (Open the first bottle of wine)
With your team and three invited “brand-minded” friends, we generate as many name ideas as possible, fast and freely.

Hour Two: Share and React (Open the second bottle of wine)
Everyone shares their list and explains their thinking, while the group offers reactions and insight to avoid hidden pitfalls or unintended translations. (Finish the second bottle of wine)

Hour Three: Evaluate and Eliminate (Open the last bottle of wine)
Using best trademarking practices and domain availability checks, we narrow the list to 10 viable candidates.

Follow-up: Lock down names (No wine involved)
We conduct trademark searches on the final 10 names. Typically, four to five survive. We secure domain names for each and send them to our trademark team so that you are ready to go to market confidently.
