This agreement is between you and AEON Law PLLC. All references to “AEON Law,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to AEON Law PLLC, 1718 East Olive Way, Seattle, WA 98102. Definitions Opting In means requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages. Text Message Service means any arrangement in which AEON Law sends messages to your mobile phone number, including SMS, MMS, or similar technologies. Consent to Text Messaging By opting in to receive text messages from AEON Law, you consent to receive conversational, person-to-person text messages related to client communications, scheduling, case matters, or administrative support. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms of Use, which incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference. E-Sign Disclosure You consent to the use of electronic records to document your agreement. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP. Privacy Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties. This information is used solely to transmit messages and respond to you. We may share information with platform providers, carriers, and vendors who assist in delivering text messages, or as required by law. Message Frequency Message frequency varies. Costs AEON Law does not charge for messages. Message and data rates may apply. Opting Out Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to opt out. A confirmation message will be sent.
