Combined Firm Offers Additional IP Firepower

AEON Law has completed its acquisition of DWC Law Firm, the firm announced today. The combined firm will operate under the AEON Law name and will be led by Adam Philipp, founder of AEON Law.

AEON Law, an intellectual property law firm, provides innovative approaches to a diverse group of clients across a wide range of technical fields.

As the principal lawyer at DWC Law Firm, James Namiki earned a reputation for drawing up high-quality IP portfolios for patents and trademarks. With more than 20 years of experience as a patent attorney and degrees both in chemical and electrical engineering, Namiki has served a wide range of clients, among them solo inventors, individual entrepreneurs and large international companies. His patent prosecution experience spans a variety of technologies, including mechanical devices and systems, integrated circuits, chip fabrication, optical systems, microprocessor design and more.

“We’re pleased to add James and the DWC legacy to AEON Law,” said Philipp. “His experience and enthusiasm make him a natural fit for the firm. Our complementary expertise and approach to IP legal services will help us deliver increased value to our clients across the globe.”
